How preorders work
Some items may be on preorder. Preorder items have a PREORDER label and an estimated ship date on their product page. We take payment when you order, then place your order with our supplier. If the estimate changes, we'll email you. In-stock items ship within our normal dispatch times.
For preorder items, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched, or if we miss the dispatch or delivery date we gave you. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See Shipping.
