These terms apply when you use {STORE_URL} or buy from Bonza Finds, operated by {BUSINESS_NAME} (ABN {ABN}), {BUSINESS_ADDRESS} ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refunds and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. If any part of these terms conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.

2. Who can order

You must be at least {MIN_AGE} years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and have a delivery address in Australia.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). [Not GST-registered:] We're not currently registered for GST, so prices don't include GST. / [Registered:] Prices include GST.
• The total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We accept {PAYMENT_METHODS}, processed by {PAYMENT_PROCESSORS}. [If buy-now-pay-later is offered, its own terms also apply.]
• We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation [or: order confirmation email; Chris/Store Builder to decide which].
• We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
• Please check your order and address before submitting. See the Refunds and Returns Policy for cancellations.

5. Products and descriptions

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If a product isn't as described, your Australian Consumer Law rights apply (see our Refunds and Returns Policy).

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. [Confirm.]

Preorders

Some items may be on preorder; they are labelled PREORDER and show an estimated ship date. For these items, we take payment when you order, then place your order with our supplier. For preorder items, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched, or if we miss the dispatch or delivery date we gave you. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Refunds and Returns Policy, including your rights for faulty items. We don't offer change-of-mind returns.

8. Using our website

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to interfere with it, copy it for commercial purposes, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on our site (text, images, logos, videos) belongs to us or our licensors and can't be reused without permission.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or comment, it must be honest and your own. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning and we don't hide genuine negative reviews. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 1, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for goods that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so. 11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {STATE}, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. This does not limit your right to contact your state or territory consumer protection agency or the ACCC.
